We want you to be fully satisfied with your COPIC® professional markers and art supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused markers or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
